How to support 802.11k and 802.11v in ST60/SU60?

If you use native wpa-supplicant, you will need to enable CONFIG_WNM in wpa-supplicant config. No extra configuration settings in client mode but not currently supported in AP mode. If you use the supplicant Laird provided, already enable this setting by default.
