BL654 and BL654PA
The BL654 provides maximum design flexibility and performance with Bluetooth 5, NFC, Thread (802.15.4) and mesh capabilities in one solution. For long-range or challenging RF environments, the BL654PA (Power Amplified) module series delivers all the benefits of the BL654 but with more power and range. The BL654PA integrates PA/LNA support – up to +18dBm.
