Is it possible to certify the module (RM1XX) for temperatures like 105 degrees Celcius? Or do you plan to offer such a product in the future?

There are no current plans to increase the temperature range to +105 C. The main reasoning behind this is that the RM1xx series uses the Semtech 1272 which itself is only -40 to +85 C. The variant of the other main IC used in the RM1xx is in the same situation too.
