Episode 18: Using the RS1xx RTD Smoker Temperature Sensor

Our latest entry in the RS1xx series is designed specifically for commercial smokers and cookers, where a thin temperature probe is used to verify cook temps, doneness, and food safety. Bob Monroe, our director of field application engineering and support, demonstrates by using the RS1xx RTD temperature probe to slow-cook at home in his home smoker. Along the way he also demonstrates how to use the mobile application to configure and read temperature data, and how that data appears in the cloud.
