COVID-19 Response Update

To Our Valued Customers,

I am writing to update you about how the Ezurio team is helping healthcare professionals around the world in the fight against COVID-19. I also have updates about a few key things we have done operationally to support our customers’ needs.

Ezurio's (formerly Laird Connectivity) technology is a critical element of medical equipment being used to care for COVID-19 patients. This includes devices such as ventilators, patient monitors, pulse oximeters, oxygen concentrators, and more. Over the past few weeks, we have collaborated closely with manufacturers who are rapidly ramping up production to respond to the demands of the pandemic, including companies such as Hillrom, Philips, GE Healthcare, Mindray, Ford, and GM.

Given the dire need for this equipment, we are working to meet the needs of these medical device manufacturers to best support front-line healthcare workers. As a company, we made the commitment to play our part in this global effort and I’m incredibly proud of how our team goes above and beyond to support the surge in production of this life-saving equipment.

To help us support all of our customers’ needs, our global operations centers are designated as essential businesses because of the critical role we play in the response to the pandemic. We are also working daily with our supply chain to ensure our operations continue to successfully meet the escalated demand for our solutions.

In addition, we have made operational changes across our business to ensure our employees can continue working while following social distancing and facility cleaning guidelines. Their well-being is a top priority for us and we are helping them stay safe while they continue to do their important work.
